Fish au gratin

We just have to tell you about this wonderful recipe. It’s so good! Fishless Filets, dille, mashed potatoes and some fresh lemon to finish it. Definitely worth a try!

Fishless Filets from Gardein
3 dl Vegan cooking cream
1/4 lemon
2 teaspoon vegetable stock
mashed potatoes 

How to prepare in only a few steps:

Start with making your mashed potatoes, either you can do it from scratch or you can use pre-done powder. In the meantime pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees. Boil the cooking cream with chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and vegetable stock.Cook the fishless filet by following the description on the packaging. Take an ovenware. Use a pastry bag to squeeze out the mashed potato in a nice way all around the ovenware. Cut the fishless filet in small pieces. Put it in the middle of the ovenware and then pure the sauce all over the fishless filet. Put it in the oven until you get a nice a crispy color on the mashed potato. If you want you can put on grill effect on the oven.
