Mango coconut tacos with Chick’n Scallopini

Portions: 2-3
Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
Chick’n Scallopini from Gardein
1 bag of Santa Maria Jamaican Jerk Spices (or you can spice it up with your own taco spice!)
Olive oil
1 avocado
1 pack of Santa Maria Coconut & Pepper Tortilla
1 bag of mixed salad
1 Santa Maria Mango Sauce

Let’s cook!
1. Cut the Chick’n scallopini into stripes or small pieces.
2. Put them in a pan with some oil over medium heat. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Then put the spice mix over it and let it cook for at least 5-7 more minutes. Cook until you feel it is a bit crispy.
3. Cut the avocado into cubes.
4. Warm the bread on a pan and add the chick’n, avocado and salad. Top it with the delicious mango sauce!
