- – Preheat oven to 220˚C. Lightly grease a large baking sheet.
- – Gently flatten dough on a lightly floured work surface, sprinkle with the cheese shreds, and knead until shreds are fully incorporated. Divide dough into 8 equal portions. With the palms of your hands, roll out each piece of dough into a rope about 60cm long. Wrap a rope of dough around each hotdog in a spiral pattern. Pinch ends of dough together on the bottom side of each hotdog to seal.
- – Place pizza dogs on prepared baking sheet, brush with oil, and sprinkle with oregano. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake until golden, about 15-18 minutes.
- – Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
