Spicy Crispy Salad

Are you ready for this fresh and colorful salad?! Let’s go!

Time: 20 minutes

Seven grain crispy tenders from Gardein
Already pre-cut and mixed salad
1 Red pepper
3-4 chioggia beets
1 big red apple
Vegan yogurt
5 drops Red Hot sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon sambal oleak
2 limes
cherry tomatoes
2 teaspoons lemon spice

Let’s do it!

  1. Make the sauce:
    Mix the vegan yogurt with sambal, lemon spice, mustard, red hot.
  2. Wash all the veggies and fruits, chop them and put them nicely on a plate. Peel the chioggia beets and cut them in thin slices.
  3. Cook the seven grain crispy tender by follow instructions on the packaging. When they are done cut them in half.
