Fishless Filet from Gardein
10 small potatoes
Vegan butter (approx 2-3 spoons)
1-2 dl vegan cooking cream
2 dl of Vegan Mayo
1/4 of a lemon
1-2 teaspoon of Dill
1-2 teaspoon of leeks
1-2 teaspoons of Mustard
1 teaspoon of paprika spice
1. Peel the potatoes and boil them.
2. Cook Fishless Filet by following the instructions on the packaging.
3. Mix all the ingredients for the remoulade sauce.
4. When the potato is done drain the water. Add the cooking cream, a bit of nutmeg, salt, and butter. Mash it all and woila! There you have your mash potato.
Serve the fishless filet, mash potato and remoulade sauce
