- -Sauté onion until translucent, add garlic, cayenne, paprika and tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes to blend the flavors together.
- – Add the stewed tomatoes and wait until the goulash bubbles. Add meatless meatballs and cook for 25 minutes.
- – Finish the goulash with agave, salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
